Lady Pirates Stay Hot, Thump Creek 55-34
The Charlestown Lady Pirates stay undefeated at 7-0 and 4-0 in MSC play after beating rival Silver Creek 55-34 in the CHS SPorts Arena Thursday evening. The Lady Pirates lead the 2-6 Lady Dragons 29-15 at the halftime break. Charlestown was lead in scoring by Kaitlynn Henning who finished the game with 14 points, followed by 11 points by Shelby Goedeker, and 10 Justice Burdin points. Burdin was named the Coyle Chevy, Buick, GMC and Coyle Nissan Player of the Game by CPPSB. The Lady Pirates are back in action Saturday at New Washington (2-6), a team they beat 82-28 two weeks ago.
