The Sports Broadcasting team for WPMQ has been working this first quarter of school to produce a weekly sports recap and today was the release of the first episode.  Students have made major improvements to the aesthetics of their news cast over last year’s “View from WPMQ” already.  Their teacher, Melissa Stewart, said she is proud of their efforts to stay abreast of all the results of our Pirate athletics and to get this going, but she knows there is a lot of work to do to work on presence and poise, as well as the sports writing that is also contributed here on Pirate Pride.
